Comporta 2 casais com privacidade. Foi toda construída com tijolos de demolição e possui garagem com vaga para 1 carro.<br /><br />A outra opção para alugar é o Bangalô Branco concebido para 1 casal que deseja conforto básico e fazer refeições fora. Damos preferência para família/casal que busca sossêgo e segurança. Não há cozinha. Espaço muito amplo (50m2) sem divisórias, completamente branco com janelas e portas de demolição. Banheiro bacana com louças e metais modernos. 1 cama box de casal (reverte em 2 solteiros), 1 colchão extra em caso de casal com filho, travesseiros, ventilador e frigobar. Não há TV. Não oferecemos roupa de cama e banho.<br /><br />Para não fumantes! Não aceitamos animais de estimação. Depósito de 50% para reserva e 50% do valor das diárias pagos na entrada (check in). <br /><br />A Cocaia é um dos bairros residenciais mais belos e seguros da Ilha.
